For most sporting fixtures, Posido has a range of betting markets customers can choose from. The range varies from small (in the case of less popular events) to quite a lot (for something like a big football match).

Overall though, Posido probably offers slightly fewer markets than your standard online bookmaker. Although the numbers beside each sporting fixture often look impressive, this is the number of available bets, rather than betting markets.

The situation is better for the actual odds Posido provides. They only take a fairly typical house edge meaning payout rates for bigger events tend to be around 93% to 95%, reducing to 90% to 93% for smaller fixtures.

At Posido, players can bet on thousands of live events spanning a range of sports. Many events come with a variety of markets too, rather than restricting you to just match winner/outcome. Although I would not say the number of markets was extremely high, there is a good degree of choice.

A minority of in-play sports come with a live stream, as indicated by the green play symbol. When this feature is not available, live events will usually come with some sort of live match tracker and/or key statistics. Additionally, you can easily filter through the betting options by market type.

I found navigating around the live betting page to be quite straightforward. It operates a basic system, divided into sports and separated by competition. The only feature it lacked was an in-built back button when you load a specific live match page.

There are two new customer deposit bonuses at Posido, one for the casino and one for the sportsbook. The latter takes the form of a 100% deposit bonus, up to a maximum of €100. How Helpful is Posido Customer Support?

The FAQ section at Posido is extremely short with very few useful questions answered. Thankfully though, the quality I received via live chat was much better. Queues and wait times were regularly short and English-speaking customer support staff were consistently helpful. The best part is that live chat operates 24/7, so there was always help at hand whenever I needed it.

There is no telephone support but as an alternative to live chat, players can simply email [email protected]. Response times via email are quick but they do not compete with live chat.
