Inter Milan went away to play in the Italian Super Cup last weekend, and while doing that, lost top spot in the league. They're playing catch up mode, and will be looking to get straight back on track but it's not going to be easy for them. They travel away from home in the final Serie A game on Sunday night, and take on Fiorentina.

They are well behind AC Milan in 3rd, 11 points but do have a game in hand, although even with that, it's going to be a tall order to get up to them.
Their last two league games have ended with bad results. Most recently, a 2-2 home draw against Udinese, a team they were expected to win. Before that, they lost 1-0 away at Sassuolo, another really bad result, and they'll want to put those behind them, though playing one of the best teams in Italy is going to be tough for them.
Inter Milan Form GuideSecond behind Juventus, although they do have a game in hand, and if they win that, Inter would be back at the top of the table. They're well clear of AC Milan in 3rd, so I do think we have a two team title race, unless something bizarre happens.
Inter won their last two league games, beating Udinese and Monza, before going across to Saudi Arabia to play in the Italian Super Cup. They won both of those games too, beating Lazio in the semi final and Napoli in the final, so it's now four wins in a row, in all competitions.
Match PredictionI've been impressed with Fiorentina this season, but not recently, they've got a bit to prove after two bad performances. With that, I'll take Inter Milan to win on their return to league action, as they look to put the pressure on Juventus in the title race.
