The Premier League is back with a full slate of exciting midweek fixtures for fans to sink their teeth into over the course of the next few days. Nuno Espirito Santo certainly has plenty of reasons to feel confident given the squad he has at his disposal, but at this point in the campaign, there are so many uncertainties in the air. Hopefully for their sake, they’re able to put up a real fight between now and the end of May.
Forest lost four straight on the bounce to Aston Villa, Manchester United, Liverpool and Brighton. From there, they faced two big games against Luton and Crystal Palace. They did okay, but only well enough to pick up a point in two 1-1 draws.
Fulham Form GuideIt certainly seems as if Fulham are safe for yet another year in the Premier League, but questions will be asked about how much progress they’ve made and whether or not they’re underachieving after last season. The Cottagers will largely be happy with where the club are at, but they’ll still want a few more answers from the ownership about what the future holds.
After losing 2-1 to Aston Villa, Fulham fought back with big wins over Manchester United and Brighton. They did slip up against Wolves but rebounded with a huge 3-0 win over Tottenham, before being held to a 3-3 draw on the road against Sheffield United.
